HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like: Design Review: Evaluate MEP&FP drawings, calculations, and documents for compliance with D&C Brand Standards and industry best practices. Identify Deviations: From Design and Construction Brand Standards and best industry practices. FLS Strategy: Assess Fire Life Safety design early to ensure international codes and brand requirements are met. Value Engineering: Participate in VE reviews to promote cost-efficient construction solutions. Construction Oversight: Review submittals, shop drawings, and construction details; conduct site visits to ensure compliance with the submitted and approved drawings and construction documents following D&C brand standards. Commissioning & Handover: Manage testing, balancing, and commissioning of MEP&FP systems; ensure complete documentation for successful hotel openings. How you will collabor...
