Director, Engineering - RAN Performance

Leads a group of engineers responsible for the 5G Hybrid Mobile Network (HMNO) & Spectrum Mobile Network (SMN) WiFi RAN Performance & Optimization. Responsible for strategic initiatives to enhance 5G & network quality, capacity, and user experience by drive maximizing SMN offload and ensuring service impacting events are identified and resolved quickly, while making the network configuration changes that optimize user experience in both SMN-WiFi & HMNO networks.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Define KPIs and develop strategies to ensure high-performance, capacity, and user experience for 5G HMNO and SMN WiFi RAN networks.
* Lead engineering teams to identify and resolve network bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis, and deploying performance enhancement plans.
