Director, Enterprise & Financial Risk Management (Toronto)

Overview

Role: Director, Enterprise & Financial Risk Management. The Director will lead a five-member team. This role will report into the CRO and will be responsible for leading the enterprise and financial risk oversight program for the Bank.

What you’ll do

• Execute on strategic risk initiatives - Annual Enterprise Risk Assessment, Risk Appetite and Limit Setting, Stress Testing and ICAAP.


• Lead and facilitate the discussions in ERM committee


• Maintain the Model Risk Management (MRM) program - model inventory management, model lifecycle management and independent validation of material models.


• Conduct independent assessments of credit risk acquisition and limit management strategies.
