Director, Enterprise Risk Management - ML6 Search + Talent Advisory

The Opportunity Our client, a rapidly growing insurance organization, is seeking a strategic and collaborative Director of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to lead and evolve the organization’s enterprise-wide risk framework. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate, this role will play a critical part in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating enterprise risks while embedding a strong risk culture across the business.

This senior leadership position will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal/Compliance, IT, and Operations to enhance governance, strengthen internal controls, and support informed strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
