The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director, Finance who combines strong people leadership, technical expertise, and a builder’s mindset to lead the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, design scalable systems and processes, and actively develop team capability and confidence for Trace’s next stage of growth. The role partners closely with the VP, Business Integration to shape the future of our finance function and connect the numbers to the stories driving our business forward.
Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and guide Finance and Accounting team members to grow their technical depth, confidence and ownership.

Create a learning-focused environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
