Director, Finance

Our client, a growing client service industry leader in Atlantic Canada, is seeking a Director, Finance to manage the accounting and finance functions for its office in Halifax . This is a permanent opportunity.

Willing to roll up your sleeves, you will lead the organization’s financial reporting and internal systems and controls activities. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with a team of highly motivated, committed individuals, primary responsibilities include:

• Financial accounting, reporting and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Developing and implementing internal financial and operational processes, systems and controls
• Treasury management and reporting
• Interdepartmental and key external relationships management
• Year-end coordination with external auditors
