The LATAM Commercial Finance Director serves as the strategic finance leader for Hasbro’s Latin America business, acting as co-pilot to the LATAM General Manager and broader leadership team. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, leading commercial planning, and accelerating value creation across the LATAM region. The LATAM Finance Leader will lead a regional finance team, build strategic partnerships with commercial leaders, drive optimal investment and portfolio strategies to align plans with both short-term goals and long-term Playing to Win strategic objectives.
