Director, Finance

We are looking for a Director of Finance to join our Finance leadership team and help scale the next stage of Resolver's growth. This highly visible role oversees finance operations, accounting, compliance, controls, reporting, and strategic finance initiatives for a global, multi‑entity organization.

Hybrid workspace: option to work at home, in the office, or a mix of both.

Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Internal Controls (50%)

Measures of Success: Completeness and accuracy of financial books, clean audits, meeting month‑end reporting deadlines.

• Owns all operational finance functions (i.e. treasury, billing, collections, payroll, etc.)
• Owns statutory financial statement reporting alongside local and group audits
• Ensures that all global tax returns are completed and filed, including corporate and sales tax returns
