What You'll Do



The Director, Cisco Capital Japan Sales will lead Cisco Capital Japan, with responsibility for overall business and portfolio growth on a sustainable basis and driving the direct sales of financial products to customers, integration with Cisco Product Sales, Services and Channels organisations. The incumbent must be able to balance sales enablement, profitability and risk aspects. The ability to lead and strengthen a team of high performance finance professionals and managers is an essential requirement.
