About the Job
 
The Director of Project and Change Management at IntouchCX will lead the execution and coordination of diverse projects and change management initiatives for a travel and hospitality program. This hands-on role emphasizes project execution utilizing PMI methodologies, efficient resource management, and effective communication.
 
This key will also act as a crucial liaison to the client's Partner Management PMO Team, collaborating on initiatives focused on continuous improvement and process optimization. The Director must possess strong analytical and project management skills, enabling them to work effectively across various internal departments, including Program Operations, WorkForce Management, Training, and Quality, as well as external teams such as Finance and Human Resources.
