The Director, Fragrance Industrialization & Material Process & Optimization should have a passion for fragrance creation optimization, focused on reducing Raw material, Packaging Material, formulation and operational complexity. In this role, you will drive integration between perfumery operations, creations, and the perfumery growth office, to ensure a seamless scale-up of new perfumery product creations & industrialization, enabling symmetric health in manufacturing with efficient processes and use of materials, streamlining formulation portfolios, and enhancing supply chain responsiveness.
