THE OPPORTUNITY
This role is responsible for building Gender thematic area within Pan-African Programs by setting strategic direction and engaging partners throughout program design and implementation and focused on the Foundation's commitment to enabling dignified and fulfilling work for young women and young people in general. The role is responsible for providing thematic expertise and facilitating understanding of gender dynamics and supporting establishment of responsive programmatic interventions at all levels of the Foundation
WAYS YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
Drive Gender strategy and roadmap development in collaboration with Foundation executive leadership.
Work with Foundation leaders and thematic resources to articulate and update the Gender strategy and Roadmap.
Provide oversight on Gender programs during the various program lifecycle stages, including scoping, incubation, design, and delivery.
