Position Overview
The Global Data Quality, Insights & Reporting Director plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and accessible program data to support decision-making and impact measurement at Splash. You will lead the strategic direction, governance framework, and evolution of Splash's global data systems. This role is responsible for managing Salesforce as the central system for program-related data, developing data quality protocols, and leading reporting and analysis efforts through Tableau dashboards and KPI scorecards.
Beyond technical expertise, this position is highly collaborative, working across Impact & MLE, Programs, Operations, and Technology teams to align data collection, reporting, and system enhancements with organizational needs, resulting in a clear...
