Role Purpose
The Director, Global QSE Competencies leads the design and deployment of enterprise-wide QSE competencybuilding to enable consistent, high-quality execution across the system. The role defines the QSE competency model, builds a fit-for-growthlearning ecosystem, and drives adoption of digital learning and knowledge platforms.
