Director, Global Quality Systems & Compliance

THE COMPANY Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Director, Global Quality Systems & Compliance as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Vice President.
THE ROLE The Director, Global Quality Systems & Compliance is responsible for:
Establish and manage global Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or relevant standards. Lead internal/external audits, supplier quality programs, and drive compliance with regulatory, customer, and industry requirements across multiple sites. Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve product quality and reduce defects. Oversee risk management, document control, and change management processes, and build and mentor high-performing quality teams globally. REQUIREMENTS
