General Description: Director, GRDS will primarily act as Program and Strategy Lead to drive Business Operation Transformation initiatives like Resource Management Ecosystem roadmap development and implementation
Development of playbook to support seamless end to end clinical trial budget development for external collaboration with Biotechs
Any other related projects and initiatives to drive business strategy
Aside to this the role will support and drive the development, enhancement, and governance of our enterprise resource need estimating tool for Phase I-III clinical trials (Rainbow). This role will be responsible for supporting the design of robust costing methodologies, work with functional team to develop and review costing algorithms, and ensuring seamless integration of the Rainbow tool with internal systems across Resource Management, Finance, HR, and IT.
