Is this role right for you?
 In this role you will:
Lead the GWM Compliance and Governance oversight program ensuring compliance with SOX, internal policies and procedures and other bank wide regulatory initiatives (RRTOM, RSCA, etc.) and managing action plans identified through annual audits.
 As a key member of the GWM Finance Management Team, the Director will serve as counsel to the SVP & CFO and the VPs/Directors on all finance-related Governance matters and ensure all finance obligations are fulfilled on a consistent basis.
Overall key point of contact for SOX, audit and compliance related initiatives for GWM Finance
Lead the overall finance governance program ensuring SOX process documentation and risk control matrices are updated on an ongoing basis and meet the standard provided by the SOX office
