Director, Government Relations

Job Description
This is an individual contributor position focusing on providing government affairs support to ADM's operations in the Philippines. It is responsible for driving advocacy effort to address business issues across all ADM business segments including Nutrition, Carbohydrate Solutions and Ag Services & Oil Seeds, as well as to influence policy developments in these areas. The position will:
Advance ADM's policy and business priorities with key government stakeholders on ADM's business to help position ADM as a partner of choice. Develop a government relations strategy to support these efforts.
Plan, develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to sustain relationships with relevant stakeholders by providing information, data, and/or serving as a resource on our sector and business.
