What you’ll be doing

As Director, Growth you’ll lead a team at the intersection of data, customer behavior, and product performance, identifying friction points and opportunities to drive meaningful engagement, conversion and lasting customer relationships. You will hire, develop, coach and retain talent, set rigorous, insight‑driven growth standards, and ensure the team has the skills needed to thrive. The role is a player‑coach, balancing strategic leadership with hands‑on support, and collaborating with leaders in CX, Digital Expansion, UX/UI, Product Management and Business Analysis.

How you’ll succeed
