Key Responsibilities  *

1. Strategic Program Leadership & Execution
•    End-to-End Delivery: Accountable for the overall success of the Core Banking Modernization (SOUL Refactoring), ensuring quality, scope, and timeline are met across Technology, Business, and Operations.
•    Hollowing out the Core: Lead the strategic execution of the Modernization Roadmap, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy monolithic structures to a modern, modular architecture.
•    Coexistence & Migration Strategy: Direct the complex dual-run phase, ensuring that the legacy core and new platform coexist via the Middleware layer without compromising data integrity or system performance.
•    Business Value Alignment: Ensure the program delivers beyond technical milestones, achieving key business outcomes such as reduced Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and improved Time-to-Market for product launches.
