Director/ Head Corporate Finance

• Leading corporate finance advisory firm
• Permanent headcount based in Singapore (need to relocate)
• At least 10 years doing IPOs, having listed at least 5 IPOs

 
Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry / market research, financial analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, valuation and supporting the overall execution of CF/ M&A/ IFA/ IPO / Fundraising transactions
• Possess strong knowledge of the equity issuance process (IPOs, Follow-on Offerings and Private Fund Raising); the role will be directly involved in supporting the team on all aspects of deal execution
• Lead in the execution of fund raising workstreams by working closely with issuers, the professional teams and internal stakeholders to manage, plan and formulate all related workstream in meeting project deliverables and timelines
• Assist in day-to-day execution for listing and capital-raising transactions
