Director – Health, Safety & Environment

Our client is a major industrial and construction organisation delivering high-risk, large-scale projects across Saudi Arabia. Health and safety is a non-negotiable priority.

The Role

The Director will lead HSE strategy, governance, and implementation across all projects and operations. This role will oversee policy development, audits, and compliance with national and international standards. A key focus will be embedding a proactive safety culture across the workforce. The Director will work closely with project leadership and regulators. This role will also manage incident response and continuous improvement initiatives. Executive-level accountability is expected.

Candidate Profile
