PeaceHealth is seeking a Director Hospice Care for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $67.74 – $101.60. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

Job Summary

Accountable for hospice program development and optimization across PeaceHealth. In collaboration with the Home & Community Leadership Team (HCLT), will develop long and short-term business and payer strategies, operational plans and supports implementation of key operational, clinical, and business strategies supporting the hospice services line. Provides leadership and oversight to hospice strategic development and implementation of processes, in partnership with the HCLT, clinical and non-clinical leadership, and system/network leaders.
