Purpose: The Director, Housing Development and Infrastructure provides strategic and operational leadership over housing capital development, infrastructure planning, and long-term asset planning within the Ministry of Housing. This role leads end-to-end execution of all Ministry-funded capital builds, including site feasibility, design, construction, transition to occupancy, and long-term infrastructure planning. The Director ensures Métis design principles, cultural resilience, sustainability, and community impact are embedded in all projects.
