Director HR Supply Chain
Location: Montreal, QC
Compensation: $160,000–$190,000 CAD base + 60% bonus

Must-Have Qualifications

Fluent French and English (written and verbal) — required

8–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience

Experience supporting large-scale manufacturing environments (Fortune 500 preferred)

Deep knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial labor laws

Strong experience in Supply Chain or manufacturing HR

Proven success working within global matrix organizations

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR teams

Experience managing employee relations, investigations, and compliance
