Director - HRBP

We’re looking for a strategic and high-impact Director – HR Business Partner to join our fast-growing team. This role will partner closely with CXOs and business leaders to drive org effectiveness, leadership capability, and a high-performance culture at scale, This role will report to Head of HR.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy
• Drive workforce planning, org design, and succession planning
• Lead performance management and talent reviews
• Strengthen leadership capability and employee engagement
• Build and mentor a strong HRBP team
• Use data and insights to influence business outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

• 12–16 years of HR experience with strong HRBP leadership exposure.
