About the Opportunity

HR Operations Leadership

• Lead, develop, and oversee a team of six HR professionals, including two direct reports, fostering accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted operational partner to HR leadership and business stakeholders, aligning HR service delivery with organizational priorities.
• Elevate the employee and manager experience by simplifying, automating, and standardizing HR administrative processes.
• Strengthen knowledge management by overseeing the development of HR training resources, documentation, and self‑service tools.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, Internal Communications, HR team members, and senior leaders to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Support payroll administration.
