Director, Human Resources Business Partner - Aplin (Mississauga)

Our client is seeking a strategic and consultative Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), to support executive-level leaders across corporate functions and global investments. This role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering people strategies that align with the organization’s vision and business objectives. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, you will partner directly with senior executives (VP, SVP, EVP) to provide high-impact HR leadership across complex portfolios, influencing organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, and business performance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected salary range is 150-160K base + bonus (commensurate with experience)
• This is a hybrid position - 2 days on site
