Director, (In-Training) Well-Being Services

The Position

This position will transition from Director, In-Training to the full working level of the Director of Well-Being Services due to the backfilling of a retirement. Both employees will work side-by-side in performance of the role, while in the transitionary period. During the transitionary period, the Director In-Training will be supervised by the existing Director of Well-Being Services.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director, of Well-being, is responsible for the overall management, development, and implementation of second-level child and family advisory, protection, and training programs and services. The position will support the Tribal Council’s member First Nations by providing advocacy and support services, prevention services, and programming to assist in the well-being of our families.
