Director, Indirect & Investment Sourcing

At Scanfil, we build our long‑term competitiveness on empowerment and collaboration. To strengthen our global sourcing capabilities, we are now looking for a Director, Indirect & Investment Sourcing to lead the development of global sourcing strategies for indirect spending and capital investments together with our factories, functions and business partners.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for approximately 100mEur annual spend across categories such as IT, logistics, professional services, technology and investments. Working closely with our factory teams and functions, this role will ensure sustainable supplier performance, work on optimizing our spending and total cost of ownership, build long‑term supplier partnerships and explore new solutions that support Scanfil’s growth and business strategy.
