Director, Integrated Program Delivery (IPD) Canada Retail

Overview

As part of the Integrated Program Delivery (IPD) team, the Director, Integrated Program Delivery (IPD) Canada Retail will report to the Senior Director, Canada Retail. In this role you will lead and manage the end‑to‑end process of planning, developing and delivering initiatives across all Canada Retail locations (P&CB retail branch, commercial centres, private banking centres).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CRE portfolio strategy by participating in idea creation and alternatives analysis
• Manage relationships with key business unit leads and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the initiative lifecycle
• Assist with high‑level execution of Canada Retail CRE portfolio strategy
• Strive to maximize space utilization and flexibility, minimize costs, support brand awareness, contribute to innovative solutions and superior client service and experience
