Director, Investigations and Law Enforcement Development at International Justice Mission

The Director of Investigations and Law Enforcement Development (DILED) will be responsible for leading, consulting and/or monitoring investigations into forced labor trafficking in Ghana. The DILED will lead the Ghana program to partner with local law enforcement officials to ensure that victims are rescued and protected and that perpetrators are arrested, charged and prosecuted under the laws of Ghana. The DILED will also lead strategies and activities targeted at reducing the prevalence of the forced labor trafficking through sustainable improvements in the performance of local law enforcement. The DILED will also ensure internal safety and securities polices are adhered to within the Ghana office.

This position is based in Accra, Ghana and reports to the Director, Lake Operations.
