Director – Investment Proposition

Role Summary

This is a senior, high‑impact leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering the firm’s Investment Proposition across insured funds, smoothed solutions, OEICs and Model Portfolio Services. The role sits at the heart of the business’s growth strategy in the UK advised wealth and retirement market, combining deep investment expertise with strong commercial judgement to ensure propositions are competitive, scalable and aligned to adviser Centralised Investment and Retirement Propositions. As the senior owner of investment propositions and governance, the role plays a critical part in delivering strong, sustainable customer outcomes while supporting asset growth, retention and adviser adoption.
