Director IT, Strategic Initiatives

The Director IT, Strategic Initiatives will work to drive a portfolio of cross-functional programs focused on delivering critical business outcomes for Honeywell’s Process Technology SBG. The leader will partner closely with the PT IT M&A Integration Leader to support planning, governance, execution, and value realization across inorganic growth opportunities including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. The role will lead value realization and enablement workstreams throughout the lifecycle of these activities and be responsible for delivering results through strong execution against the value thesis. In addition, this leader will work cross-business to develop PT IT’s strategic 3-5-year plan (budget, benefits, core pillars). The leader will drive governance and strategy deployment activities under this plan including workshops, action plans, and metrics reviews to ensure IT delivers on its business commitments.
