  • Lead corporate legal strategy across Mexico operations.

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and NDAs.

  • Support M&A, corporate structuring and entity creation projects.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and anti‑corruption laws.

  • Coordinate external counsel and manage corporate governance.

Drive legal strategy in a multinational corporate environment.Lead contracts, governance & compliance across business growth.

  • 7+ years in corporate law (contracts, M&A, capital increases).

  • 7+ years in public, administrative, constitutional or civil law.

  • 5+ years in procedural law across multiple practice areas.

  • 5+ years interacting with public administration authorities.

  • Strong expertise in anti‑corruption and public liability laws.
