What is the opportunity?

You will be responsible for architectural delivery in the Identity and Access Management domain for Global Security at RBC. You will work both directly and through a team of Solution Architects who report to you. Your role is critical to defining end‑to‑end architectures and designs for workforce, third‑party, customer, non‑human and agentic IAM solutions across the bank.

What will you do?

• Define solutions that realize workforce, third‑party, customer, non‑human and agentic IAM capabilities, develop and evolve solution architectures and designs, demonstrate solutions and meet stakeholder requirements.
• Propose, evaluate and recommend solution alternatives that best align with business strategy, requirements, current‑state constraints and target‑state architecture.
