Director, Learning Design

Are you experienced in turning learner-first, skills-based content into practical delivery at scale? Do you bring credibility and influence to cross-functional conversations where learning design, assessment, and business realities intersect?  Are you motivated by leading experienced practitioners, aligning perspectives, and building the partnerships needed to deliver meaningful change?  

As Director, Learning Design,  you will play a central role in advancing the evolution of CFA Institute's curricula, championing approaches that connect learning to real-world practice across our portfolio of credentials, certificates, and emerging offerings.  You will provide functional leadership to learning design, unify practice across products, and work closely with peers and senior leaders to embed learning design more effectively across the education portfolio.
