Position Summary:

The Director of Learning & Development (L&D) will lead the design, execution, and scaling of learning strategies focused on recruiter training, recruitment manager upskilling, and leadership capability development for a staffing and consulting organization. This role owns the end-to-end L&D operating model, including training budget planning, allocation, and ROI measurement, while building scalable, LMS-driven training programs and leveraging external leadership development partners. Based in Hyderabad, this role is a key leadership position within the India GCC and will partner closely with recruitment, delivery, and HR leaders globally.
