Director, Loan Administration

Our client is seeking a Director, Loan Administration to provide leadership and oversight of the loan servicing function within a real estate debt platform supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial lending transactions. This role is responsible for leading the Loan Administration team, overseeing the end‑to‑end servicing lifecycle, maintaining the integrity of loan records, and partnering closely with finance, investment, and capital markets teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in real estate finance or commercial lending, proven people leadership capability, and a process‑driven mindset.
