Position Summary

Senior‑level strategic leadership and oversight for all Kardium manufacturing sites.

Hybrid work arrangement located in Burnaby, BC.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor the team of Plant or Senior Manufacturing Managers for all Kardium manufacturing sites and provide coaching to improve operational excellence.
• Develop long‑range operating plans and strategies to achieve Kardium’s production growth and commercialization goals.
• Build a collaborative, high‑performance culture across all sites, focusing on employee engagement and retention, succession planning, and workforce development.
• Ensure workforce training programs are standardized to deliver quality and consistency across all manufacturing operations.
• Budgetary responsibility and oversight for manufacturing operations workforce.
