Job Description
Position Summary Senior‑level strategic leadership and oversight for all Kardium manufacturing sites.
Hybrid work arrangement located in Burnaby, BC.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and mentor the team of Plant or Senior Manufacturing Managers for all Kardium manufacturing sites and provide coaching to improve operational excellence.
Develop long‑range operating plans and strategies to achieve Kardium’s production growth and commercialization goals.
Build a collaborative, high‑performance culture across all sites, focusing on employee engagement and retention, succession planning, and workforce development.
Ensure workforce training programs are standardized to deliver quality and consistency across all manufacturing operations.
Budgetary responsibility and oversight for manufacturing operations workforce.
Drive continuous improvement programs and use of methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) across all manufacturing sites...
