Director, Manufacturing

The **Director, Manufacturing** will lead and manage the manufacturing business in the **Oak Canyon** facility. In partnership with the Peripheral Vascular (PV) leadership team, will be primarily responsible for driving a culture of manufacturing excellence to enhance existing and future business processes across the site.

This responsibility includes the following key activities:

+ Delivering on all Quality, Service, TTM, Cost and Safety goals
+ Ensuring that there is an appropriate manufacturing excellence strategy that aligns with the Division’s current and future business needs and is in line with GQO Strategy.
+ Ensuring a high level of people engagement, drive cultural initiatives and promote strong talent management on site.
