Director, Marketing I

The Director of Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the organization’s marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. This role leads a multidisciplinary team, collaborates across departments, and ensures that all marketing initiatives align with organizational objectives, working closely with the Welbilt Marcom marketing team on multi‑brand events and marketing materials.

This position is based on‑site at our Mississauga, Ontario facility and is a full‑time, permanent role. The position requires the ability to travel globally (up to 10%).
