**JOB TITLE** – Director of Marketing

**GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES** – The Director of Marketing will have responsibility for all marketing activities for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions (HWS) in coordination with HWS Corporate marketing. He/she will manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities on behalf of HWS with particular support given to recruitment and sales. The Director will have an understanding of the company’s array of products and services and collaborate with the HCA individual business units on marketing efforts (to drive consistency and efficiencies of scale).
