Director, MDS Lead Canada

Job Overview

This role is part of the Canada Leadership Team and reports directly into MDS NA. It partners with functions and business units to develop roadmaps, plan outcomes, and ensure commitments are met. The position serves as the primary point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services and drives the digital agenda across the Canada BU. Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the Digital Vision, Strategy, and roadmap implementation for the BU, serving as the single MDS point of accountability. Act as steward for organizational data, ensuring governance, protection, and appropriate use of data assets. Champion digital transformation and a data‑driven culture, fostering a community of digital champions and advancing analytics, AI/ML capabilities.
