The role of Professional Engineering & Quality Assurance (Mechanical) requires the experience in developing new
data centre design to meet reliability and availability requirement, efficiency & sustainability benchmark (PUE &
WUE), international best practices, regulatory requirement, safety in design, cost target and speed to market.
As a team lead, he/she is accountable for the performance of the department under his/her leadership. The
candidate is responsible in providing clear objectives, manage the resources, improve the work flow, and coach the
team to meet departmental and company-wide goals. The candidate should be a specialist in his/her field in order
to provide technically sound, all-rounded and optimum solutions to the department. The candidate will motivate
and appraise his/her direct reports with the ultimate goal of alleviating the team's performance and capabilities
within a short period of time.
