Lead and execute the regional Medical Affairs strategy across the Americas, aligned with global medical strategy and regional business priorities. Provide scientific and clinical leadership for marketed and pipeline orthopedic products, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all medical communications. Oversee evidence generation activities, including clinical studies, registries, post‑market surveillance, and real‑world evidence initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and professional societies across the Americas.
