**About the job:**



The role exists to oversee entire Medical Business Unit and drive the team to ensure the attainment of financial and operational goals in support of Stryker Japan’s overall financial and strategic objectives. The position holder will plan, direct and coordinate the efforts of sales and marketing toward the accomplishment of objectives. Responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring execution of global and local strategies across Medical BU portfolios, including Emergency Care, Acute Care, Public Access and Sage products.



For decades, Stryker's Medical BU products have developed innovations that help hospitals improve patient care, caregiver safety and operational efficiency.
