Job Description
We are looking for a Director, M&A to lead and execute complex M&A, capital raising and corporate finance advisory engagements for mid-market and upper-mid-market clients across Latin America. This role combines transaction execution, client management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, development of commercial opportunities and contribution to the growth of the Investment Banking practice in the region.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Client impact & strategic advisory
Lead end-to-end execution of M&A, capital raising and corporate finance advisory mandates, ensuring measurable client impact and strategic alignment.
Serve as trusted advisor to CEOs, CFOs, board members and shareholders across Latin America.
Translate complex financial, operational and strategic insights into clear recommendations and actionable alternatives.
