Director, MICE & Corporate Sales

Job description: Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of MICE & Corporate Sales to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and grow business in the MICE & Corporate Sales with a strong focus on international markets. You'll lead and mentor the MICE & Corporate sales team oversee all aspects of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions/events. You'll also play a key role in driving occupancy, maximizing venue usage, and generating revenue, ensuring alignment with the resort's brand strategy, operational excellence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
